Principal Instruments
As an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Music degree, you must declare one principal instrument on which you will advance your proficiency through private instruction, ensembles, and instrumental labs. (The Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry Leadership and Innovation program does not require that you play an instrument.)
You may pursue additional instruction on a second instrument upon meeting the requirements of the appropriate department (additional private lesson fees apply).
Whether you embrace one primary instrument or more, you will have plenty of opportunities to play whatever instrument(s) you wish in student-organized recitals and sessions.
