Join our panelists of premiere hip-hop practitioners and scholars as they discuss the erasure of women in the study and consumption of hip-hop, and, most importantly, how to change the game moving forward. Panelists include Michele Byrd-McPhee (Ladies of Hip-Hop Festival), Kashema Hutchinson (Universal Hip Hop Museum), SAMMUS (theKEEPERS, MC, producer, professor), and Rokafella (All the Ladies Say). The panel will be moderated by Queen D. Scott (assistant chair, Ensemble Department).
