The connection between music experiences and the overall impact on health and wellbeing has received significant attention from researchers, policy makers, practitioners, musicians, and the general public. This exchange focused on identifying and exploring ways individuals are engaging in music experiences to enhance quality of life; maintain physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing; and build community.
