In Their Own Words

"Whether in conference, in class, or in the margins of your essays, I try to be both supportive and challenging. My goal is to help you get closer to the meaning you are trying to make with your writing and not to some pre-formed answer in my own head. I am interested in helping you say what you want to say within the context of your assignments and with great respect for your point of view. Your success is my greatest concern. I design my courses to make success possible."
