In Their Own Words

"My goal is for my students to not simply fulfill their potential, but to surpass it. I want students to witness their own progress through their daily vocal practice and by attending lessons, regularly. I want them to feel empowered, a sense of self-control, and knowledgeable about their vocal instrument, and how to use it in a healthy and thoughtful way.

"I have a diverse, professional background, which makes me a versatile teacher in many regards, covering various styles/genres, techniques, interdisciplinary disciplines, and teaching philosophies. My professional experience in acting, singing, songwriting, and playwriting, coupled with my advanced academic degrees, contribute to my sensitivities and abilities for teaching others, and for learning and growing as an educator/teacher.
