Berklee College of Music offers several types of events for prospective students to learn more about the college and engage with our community, including open house events, Q&A sessions with admissions counselors, college fairs, and information sessions.

Question Hour with an Admissions Counselor—Thursdays This Summer
The Berklee College of Music admissions team is hosting open information sessions every Thursday from 3:30 until 4:30 p.m. ET starting May 6 through September 2, 2021. Drop in any time during this hour to speak with an assistant director of admissions and ask any questions you may have about the undergraduate admissions process.
Note that on Thursday, May 13, 2021, Berklee College of Music is closed, and question hour will not be offered.

Question Hour for Transfer Students—Monthly This Summer
Have a question about transferring to Berklee? Join Mike Gamble, admissions counselor, who is hosting information sessions once a month on Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. ET starting June 3 through September 2, 2021. Drop in any time during this hour to talk about transferring credits to Berklee from another college or university.

Being a Producer
Listen to multiple Grammy winner Prince Charles Alexander as he shares his insights on the evolution of the producer over his career. A sought-after recording and mixing engineer, Alexander's clients include Mary J. Blige, Destiny's Child, Faith Evans, P. Diddy, and the Notorious B.I.G., among many others. He has garnered more than 40 platinum and gold certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) and has multiple Grammy Awards and nominations.
Berklee Jazz and Gender Justice Institute
Watch Grammy-winning artist Terri Lyne Carrington and her guests as they discuss the Berklee Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice mission, which is focused on equity in the jazz field and the role that jazz plays in the larger struggle for gender justice. The institute will celebrate the contributions women have made in the development of the art form as well as frame more equitable conditions for all pursuing careers in jazz in an effort to work toward a necessary and lasting cultural shift in the field.
