Alumni Accounts
How do I request my alumni account?
All alumni account information can be found here.
I forgot my password./I need to reset my password.
Go to this login screen for alumni accounts, and choose "Forgot Password." A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your alumni account. If you have technical issues, contact alumniaffairs@berklee.edu to request help using your alumni services. Please include your username with the details of your support request.
Transcripts
How do I request a transcript?
Transcript requests are handled by the Office of the Registrar. Official electronic (eTranscripts) and paper transcripts can be ordered online through the Registrar's transcript service, Parchment, an authorized delivery agent specializing in secure transcript exchange. Visit the Transcript Request page for more information. Note: to access Parchment, you will need your alumni account; you can request your alumni account here.
Career Resources
What is the Berklee Career Manager?
The Berklee Career Manager is an online tool for jobs, internships, gigs, and connections managed by the Career Center. Alumni need to log in with their alumni account. Request your alumni account here.
I'm an employer. How do I hire Berklee talent?
You can use the Berklee Career Manager to post jobs, gigs and internships. When posting, alumni must create a log-in account separate from their alumni account. For help posting opportunities, contact the Career Center.

How do I request an official diploma?
Visit Getting Your Diploma for all information regarding requesting/replacing your diploma, apostilles and verification of graduation for employers and graduate schools.
How do I access the Stan Getz Library and Media Center?
An alumni ID badge grants you access to these on-campus resources. At this time, remote access is not available.
What is an alumni ID badge?
An alumni ID badge grants you access to many valuable on-campus resources. Badges must be requested in person, on-campus at the Alumni Affairs office.
I want to complete my degree. Where do I start?
The Degree Completion page contains information and a form for you to fill out. If you are interested in returning to our Boston campus, visit Information for Returning Students.
Which on-campus facilities are available for use to alumni?
With an alumni ID badge, alumni can access the the Career Development Center and Stan Getz Library and Media Center. Practice and ensemble rooms are for student use only.
Where can I find information on current faculty?
Berklee has over 500 full- and part-time faculty, who can be found by searching here.
I'm visiting Boston. Can I take a tour of the campus?
Yes! Tours leave from the 921 Boylston Street building Monday through Friday anywhere between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Reservations are required. Sign up for tours on the online registration page. Visit the Admissions section for detailed information.

Does the Alumni Affairs Office provide financial support for alumni projects?
Unfortunately, Berklee cannot provide financial support to alumni for projects, crowd-funding, grant or scholarship purposes.

Can I read Berklee Today online?
Yes! Many archived issues of Berklee Today are available digitally on the Berklee Archives site.
I moved. Can you send Berklee Today to my new address?
Sure thing. Just fill out this Change Your Address form.

Our social media calendar is made up of college and industry-focused stories that align with the college's marketing strategies. We may re-share alumni social media posts from time to time if they align with larger stories we're sharing.
Staying Connected
Where can I find information on alumni events?
View upcoming events here and stay connected via our Facebook page. The Alumni Affairs office hosts over 40 events throughout the year all across the country, including gatherings at CMJ, SXSW, Game Developer's Convention, and NAMM. Alumni Affairs is dedicated to providing networking and professional development opportunities for the alumni community, in person and online. If you have specific ideas for an event, let us know at alumniaffairs@berklee.edu.
How can I get involved in the alumni community?
We are always looking for volunteers to help with planning events, mentoring students, answering questions from young alumni, serving on committees, or representing the college at events. If you are interested in volunteering at alumni events, contact alumniaffairs@berklee.edu. For information on representing the college, read more about the alumni admisions rep program.
How do I change my address and contact information?
Update your contact information by filling out the Change Your Address form.
Is there an alumni directory?
Currently, Berklee is working on creating an alumni directory. In the meantime, connect with alumni in other ways.

How do I unsubscribe from Berklee emails?
Email development@berklee.edu to request information on unsubscribing from Berklee mailing lists. To update your information, fill out the Change Your Address form.
