Institution Purchase Order Registration Form for ABLE Assembly: Arts Better the Lives of Everyone
The ABLE Assembly: Arts Better the Lives of Everyone will take place online April 10 and 11, 2021. The program will be posted on our website in early February 2021.
The registration fee is $100 and includes (1) admission to all conference sessions, as well as the opportunity to access the recorded break-out sessions and their digital learning modules after the conference ends; and (2) admission to the Berklee Institute for Arts Education and Special Needs (BIAESN) Digital Learning Series, 12 online workshops and webinars that will take place on a monthly basis from May 2021 to April 2022. After you submit the form, send your purchase order by email to rbernard@berklee.edu or by hard copy to:

Once the form has been submitted and the purchase order has been received, we will issue an invoice for payment for the conference registration fee.
